We asked Henri some thoughtful questions
Why specifically did you choose Plainsight?
While exploring new opportunities, I talked to several friends, one of whom worked at Plainsight and was really enthusiastic about the company. Their excitement encouraged me to look deeper, and I found myself strongly aligned with Plainsight’s values and principles. The interview process further confirmed that this was a team and mindset I wanted to be part of.
What was your first month at Plainsight like?
My first month was really nice. I got to know a lot of colleagues and joined in on some events and evening sessions. I enjoyed the bond that everyone has and the involvement in the company, and I want to become well integrated and get to know everyone.
What’s your favorite hobby or activity outside of work?
Outside of work, my favorite thing to do is skiing. I love everything about winter holidays, but especially the feeling of speed on the slopes. There’s nothing quite like that mix of adrenaline and fresh mountain air, and sharing those trips with friends makes the experience unforgettable.
