If none of our open roles quite fit but you think we should talk anyway, we should talk anyway.
Who tends to thrive here
People who are curious about data and AI without being precious about it. Who can sit in a room with a CFO and a software engineer and translate between them. Who like the messy part of consulting (figuring out what the client actually needs) at least as much as the clean part (delivering it).
You might come from analytics, engineering, strategy, product, design, ops, change management, sales, or something we haven't thought of yet. What matters is the mix of curiosity, ownership, and the willingness to learn faster than the field changes.
What we'll want to know
What you've built or shipped or improved that you're proud of. Why you're drawn to Plainsight specifically (vs. the bigger consultancies). What kind of work you'd want to do in your first six months here, and what you'd want to be doing two years in.
How we work
We code as agentically as we can across the company. Even non-coding roles get exposed to it. If you already use Claude or similar tools for your day-to-day, that's a plus. If not, you'll pick it up here.
The rest of how we work lives in the Plainsight playbook.
What you'll get
A team that hires for people, not for slots. Real growth, real ownership, real influence on how the company evolves. Personal growth plan. Competitive pay.
