What we expect from you

Skills

• Programming:

  Expertise in Python is essential, especially with AI/ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, and LangChain. Familiarity with frameworks like FastAPI or Flask for model deployment is a plus.

• Generative AI Development:

  Hands-on experience building or fine-tuning GenAI models (LLMs, diffusion models, etc.). Ability to work with open-source models (e.g., Llama, Mistral) and commercial APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI).

• Prompt Engineering:

  Strong command of prompt design, evaluation, and optimization for various use cases including summarization, classification, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and autonomous agents.

• AI Pipelines & MLOps:
  Familiarity with ML/AI lifecycle management using tools like MLflow, Weights & Biases, or Azure Machine Learning. Experience with model versioning, monitoring, and CI/CD for GenAI pipelines.

• Cloud & Compute (Azure Preferred):
  Comfortable deploying AI models on Azure infrastructure, especially Azure Machine Learning, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and Azure OpenAI. Understanding of cost/performance trade-offs in model deployment.

• Data Engineering Collaboration:
  Ability to collaborate with data teams, understand structured/unstructured data workflows, and integrate GenAI into data pipelines. Understanding of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant) is essential for GenAI use cases.

• Knowledge of NLP & LLM Fine-Tuning:

  Solid understanding of NLP tasks and techniques, particularly those relevant to large language models. Experience in supervised fine-tuning (SFT), reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF), or LoRA/PEFT techniques is highly valued.

• Security & Ethics in AI:
  Awareness of data privacy, prompt injection, model hallucinations, and other GenAI-specific risks. Familiarity with responsible AI frameworks and AI governance tools.
